Baker Hughes, a leader in reliability solutions, is seeking a Sales Advisor for Software Sales to drive new business and grow existing accounts across Europe. The role focuses on Integrated Asset Performance Management offerings, building strategic relationships, and managing end-to-end sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.

You will identify opportunities within current clients, leverage your network to win new business, and craft proposals and presentations for stakeholders at multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Significant experience in software/digital sales and reliability.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, including closing complex deals.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to conduct business in at least two languages for Europe.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing key customers and expanding wallet share.
