You will gather competitive intelligence, benchmark performance, and help shape corporate strategy through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in strategy, consulting or marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguity into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly build a strong understanding of the full IET portfolio and develop relationships with the key stakeholders across that portfolio.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data/AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across the IET Business Segment and help establish medium- and long-term plans.
• Support the strategic planning process (LRP) to ensure timely, focused, and value-added outputs.
• Collaborate with Corporate HQ (Growth & Experience, FP&A, Corporate Development, Investor Relations).
• Support IET Leadership team presentations including BoD meetings and external presentations.
• Manage analyses to provide benchmarking and timely insights for various departments.
• Develop strategic threat identification and evaluation processes and oversee their adoption.
• Other tasks as identified by the IET Strategy Director.
