Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Applications Engineering Manager to lead a team of application engineers across Europe, North Sea, and Caspian regions. You will supervise planning, client engagement, and performance analysis to deliver wellbore construction projects with technical excellence.

The role requires 10+ years in relevant fields, 5+ years in management, a Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering degree, and fluency in English (Italian preferred). Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in wellbore construction and lower completion.
• Minimum 5 years in an applications engineering management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent English; Italian language skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities and sites.
• Proven ability to lead cross-border engineering teams.
