Sales Line seeks a Head of Sales South Europe to drive growth across Europe by leading an international sales team for electronics components. You will bridge top management and field sales, shaping execution and performance in a fast-changing environment.

You will manage 6–8 Account Managers across Italy, France, Spain, and the Netherlands, focusing on new business development and expanding existing opportunities.

• Lead a team of 6–8 Account Managers across Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands.
• Drive commercial execution for new business and ongoing opportunities.
• Interface between sales teams and internal functions (engineering, back office, top management).
• Monitor and manage sales KPIs (revenue, pipeline, forecast accuracy).
• Support key client meetings and strategic negotiations, including joint visits with Account Managers.
