Future Electronics is seeking a Branch Manager for its Padua, Italy office. The role focuses on recruiting, training, and retaining a sales team to achieve branch budgets, while delivering high levels of service to customers.

You will lead the sales force, drive business opportunities, and coordinate with senior leadership to meet annual objectives. Applicants should have over three years in electronics sales with people management, be highly organized, and capable of strategic and operational

Competenze

• 3+ years' experience in electronics sales, with people-management responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation skills.
• Commercially astute, highly organized and self-motivated.
• Solid knowledge of the electronics distribution industry and current market.
• Strategic thinker who can handle tactical operational issues when required.
• Leads by example and demonstrates a strong service ethic.

Mansioni

• Lead & manage a team of sales personnel to achieve monthly and annual sales budgets.
• Manage branch metrics and activities to meet corporate objectives.
• Monitor and adjust sales activities to ensure targets are met.
• Set annual sales budgets in collaboration with Country Manager / Regional Sales Director.
• Review expenses to ensure correct accounting practices are followed.
• Participate in recruitment and final interview stages for new hires.
• Conduct annual and bi-annual appraisals for direct reports.
• Facilitate regular branch meetings reviewing corporate and local objectives.
