In this senior role you will coach regional teams, run campaigns, and ensure forecast integrity with Finance while promoting the adoption of standard sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate Marsh Risk and Europe growth priorities into regional sales priorities across sectors, propositions, and target accounts.
• Lead regional sales campaigns and strategic growth initiatives with clear commercial objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Provide senior sales leadership and coaching on deal strategy, pursuit quality, and commercial effectiveness.
• Own regional new business and expanded sales outcomes and manage the regional pipeline review cadence.
