Job summary

Marsh Risk is seeking a Milan-based professional to lead the Europe PEMA client coverage strategy and planning. The role involves advising the international client coverage team and supporting the Global Head of PEMA from a strategic and operational perspective, with a strong emphasis on deal-driven client work across Marsh's European hubs.

You will drive client dialogues, build presentations, and collaborate across Marsh teams to win and protect complex accounts in the private capital sector.

Qualifications

• Analytical and strategic mindset; experience in management consulting or similar environments is a plus.
• Ability to lead client dialogues at the C-Suite level and build compelling narratives.
• Willingness to travel internationally and coordinate across multiple hubs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management and business development across Europe for Marsh's PEMA practice.
• Support the Global Head of PEMA and Europe Chief Client Officer with the client coverage team.
• Develop client presentations, research reports and Marsh tools to support sales cycles and deliverables.
• Engage cross-border Marsh teams to execute client requirements and expand the book of business.
