ABB E-mobility is seeking an Order Management Team Lead for Europe to steer the regional O2C Customer Support organization and drive performance across the end-to-end order journey.

You will partner with the Global O2C Lead to translate strategy into regional execution, own the regional operating model, and lead a high-performing team through digitalization and process improvement in a multinational setting.

Competenze

• Significant experience in Order-to-Cash, Customer Support or related operations in a complex international organization.
• Proven people leadership including leading teams through change and succession planning.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and interfaces with Sales, Logistics, Finance, IT and Customer Service.
• Strong experience with ERP and CRM platforms and digital process flows.
• Ability to own operational performance, resolve escalations, and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Track record in business process improvement, transformation, or operating model development.

• Partner with Global O2C Lead to define and execute regional O2C transformation initiatives.
• Lead root-cause analysis of recurring issues and implement durable improvements.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and productivity across regional O2C operations.
• Champion digitalization, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and tool improvements.
• Own regional O2C Customer Support operating model and daily execution.
• Provide end-to-end leadership of the customer order journey and resolution of complex issues.
• Act as regional escalation point for critical orders and cross-functional issues.
• Establish regional KPIs, governance routines, and value realization metrics.
