ABB E-mobility is seeking a highly motivated Category Manager – IT, Production & End-of-Line Equipment to lead global sourcing initiatives and drive value through cost optimization, supplier innovation, and risk management.

You will collaborate with IT, Operations, Engineering, R&D, Finance, and regional teams to shape category strategies, drive end‑to‑end sourcing, and lead negotiations across software, cloud services, and production equipment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of procurement or category management with IT focus.
• Strong IT sourcing knowledge: software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, IT infra.
• Experience managing global supplier portfolios and complex negotiations.
• Familiarity with End‑of‑Line equipment procurement is a plus.
• Proficient with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and data analytics tools.

• Define, own, and execute global category strategies for IT, Production Equipment, and EOL Equipment.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: supplier selection, RFx, negotiations, contracts.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and apply TCO approaches.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships with leading technology vendors.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Finance to implement strategies.
• Monitor market dynamics and manage risks; drive digitalization in procurement.
