ABB E-mobility seeks a senior Order Management Team Lead for Europe to shape a high‑performing, digitally enabled Order‑to‑Cash operation across the end‑to‑end customer order journey. You will lead regional Customer Support, own performance, and drive scalable, standardized, and AI‑enabled improvements.

Competenze

• Significant experience in Order-to-Cash and Customer Support in an international organisation.
• Proven people leadership, change management and succession planning.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and interfaces with Sales, Logistics, Finance, IT and Customer Service.
• Strong ERP/CRM experience with order management processes and system integrations.
• Ability to own operational performance, resolve escalations, and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in business process improvement, transformation or operating model development.
• Experience establishing KPIs, governance routines and value-realization mechanisms.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions in O2C.
• Change leadership and entrepreneurial execution; able to work independently with cross-functional alignment.
• Fluent English; Italian and French are a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Define and execute the O2C transformation agenda for the Region, including operating model improvements and capability development.
• Lead root-cause analysis of recurring issues and convert findings into structural improvements and preventive actions.
• Drive standardization and productivity initiatives to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
• Champion digitalization and automation across regional O2C operations, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Own the regional O2C Customer Support operating model and ensure resilient service delivery.
• Provide end-to-end leadership of the customer order journey and effective exception management.
• Act as escalation point for critical customer, order, delivery, and cross-functional issues.
• Establish regional KPIs, governance routines, and value-realization tracking.
• Ensure adherence to global O2C processes while shaping regional requirements.
• Serve as strategic interface between O2C, Sales, Logistics, Finance, IT and Operations.
