A leading vehicle manufacturer in Turin is seeking a Quality Key Account Engineer. The role focuses on ensuring quality for assigned customers and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should hold a relevant engineering degree and have strong interpersonal skills, alongside being business fluent in Italian and English. This is a full-time position with entry-level seniority.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Business fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• 1-2 years of previous experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Be the interface for quality customer assigned.
• Escalate and report to management about main open points.
• Supervise the Quality Annexes of the Supply Agreement.
• Collaborate with Warranty Team to recognize warranty costs.
• Identify best practices customized on FPT and the product.
• Analyze the product for new improvements.
• Contribute to the budget creation and manage the allocated budget.
• Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Quality Key Account Engineer to join our team in Turin.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the interface for quality customer assigned
• Escalate and report to the management about main open points and roadblock
• Supervise the Quality Annexes of the Supply Agreement with the Customer
• Collaborate with Warranty Team to recognize warranty costs to the customer from a technical point of view
• Identify the best practices to be customized on FPT and across the product
• Analyze the product to find new improvements
• Contribute to the budget creation and manage the budget allocated
• Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or equivalent).
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to act independently and make decisions to solve issues
• Passion for Powertrain Business or Quality Business
• Language skills: Business fluent Italian and English skills, spoken and written.
• Flexibility on international travels
• 1/2 years of previous experiences will be considered as a plus
