Schneider Electric is seeking a Quality Management professional in Veneto to oversee manufacturing quality, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure that customer requirements are met from development through production.

You will coordinate corrective actions, investigate root causes, and collaborate with Service and Product Development teams to sustain quality across projects. Strong English skills and a technical degree are required to succeed in this role.

Competenze

• Degree in a technical or scientific field such as Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical engineering or HVAC.
• Open mindset and strong self-discipline.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to team projects.
• Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; additional software skills are a plus.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Mansioni

• Ensure effective Quality Management across manufacturing processes and meet Schneider Electric standards and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement of products and processes based on customer requirements, in collaboration with IE/Methods & Time and R&D teams.
• Define and implement corrective and preventive actions for customer-reported issues and prevent recurrence.
• Identify root causes of quality issues through analysis and monitor improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Service and Product Development teams to ensure quality from development through production.
