Competenze

• 8-10 years in Digital Marketing or Sales eCommerce
• Amazon customer management and EU experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications
• Digital Marketing / Digital Operations skills and experience
• Strong project and product management expertise
• Experience in Marketplaces development a plus
• Results-oriented leader with track record of sustainable results
• Strong change management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Executive written and verbal communication
• Managerial courage and adaptability to differences
• Strong analytical and data-driven insights skills
• Proficient with analytics tools and data synthesis
• Solid MS Office skills
• Fluent business English

Mansioni

• Lead EU eCommerce strategic planning to drive sales, visibility and conversion across channels.
• Oversee EU eCommerce P&L, define investments and profitability.
• Collaborate with Digital CST to align eCommerce strategy for each category.
• Drive growth enablers through cross-functional collaboration with regional and Group stakeholders.
• Develop assortment strategy and price/pack architecture for online channels.
• Evolve price and promo strategy and execute plans.
• Manage content, media and overall digital operations excellence.
