Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Corporate Controller Europe for Casa & Retail to join the Group Financial Office in Milan. You will support European Controlling activities, coordinating with finance and business stakeholders, and report to the Casa & E-commerce Planning & Control Manager.

The role focuses on monthly closings, budgets, forecasts, cost analyses, and KPI monitoring to drive performance and efficiency across the Europe Casa & Retail perimeter.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Controlling or Management Control roles, preferably within Fashion & Luxury.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and management control processes; advanced Excel proficiency; SAP and Tagetik knowledge.

Mansioni

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management closings.
• Development of periodic budgets and forecasts aligned to business objectives.
• Analysis of variances between actual results and budgets, identifying key drivers.
• Monitor operating costs with Accounting and business functions.
• Interact with stakeholders across the business areas to support decision making.
• Conduct cost analyses to identify optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support business performance monitoring through KPI analyses.
