Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial roles within the energy storage, renewable energy, electric vehicle, battery sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, tender management, and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, a proactive mindset, and a results-oriented approach to achieving business objectives.
• Willingness and ability to undertake frequent international travel.
• Overseas work experience or energy storage sales experience is advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

• Lead commercial activities throughout the sales cycle, including customer engagement, tender participation, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
