Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a commercially minded Sales Lead to expand our energy storage footprint across international markets. You will drive tendering, pricing and contract negotiations, coordinating with engineering, product, operations and finance to secure successful projects.

Ideal candidates bring B2B sales experience in energy-related sectors, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to travel internationally. Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; technical background helpful.
• Experience in energy storage, battery, renewable energy or related sectors preferred.
• Proven B2B sales, business development or commercial project management in international settings.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills; stakeholder mgmt.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis; English fluent; Italian advantageous.

Mansioni

• Develop and expand the energy storage business across international markets with a focus on sustainable growth.
• Lead commercial activities across sales and tendering, including customer engagement, proposals, contracts and pricing.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, operations, finance and supply chain to prepare quotations and support bid submissions.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations and orders to support sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers as the primary contact for commercial matters.
• Organize customer visits, reviews and presentations to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in energy storage.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reporting and customer records per company procedures.
