AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support customers across industries from its Milan office. You will act as the principal technical advisor, helping customers maximize value from AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and more.

You will craft and execute adoption strategies, maintain operational health, and drive discussions with senior leaders about incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and English required for daily interaction with customers.
• 3+ years of technical engineering experience in a distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience in a technical field.

Mansioni

• Build solutions and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Maintain operational health of AWS environments and optimize cost/complexity.
• Develop relationships with customers and understand their business and technical needs.
• Lead technical discussions with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, and risk.
