Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in Milano, Italy to own service activities for rotating equipment across customer plants.

You will coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance under long-term service agreements, leading outages, managing scope and budgets, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineering, field service, EHS, finance, and commercial teams to identify upgrades and decarbonization opportunities,

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering and/or project management.
• PMP certification and customer-facing project leadership.
• Fluent English and Italian; German is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage maintenance activities for gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators to ensure fleet availability and safety.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead outages, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and quality.
• Oversee project financial performance with the Commercial Project Manager and optimize margins.
• Build trusted customer relationships by leading meetings and coordinating stakeholders to fulfill contractual commitments.
• Propose upgrades, modernization, and decarbonization initiatives to support growth.
