GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex CM&U conversions, modifications, and upgrades for industrial gas and steam turbine equipment in Milan, with hybrid work options and extensive travel expected across projects.

You will serve as the primary client representative, manage pricing, schedules, and risk across engineering, procurement and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Competenze

• Formal education in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred but total experience matters most.

Mansioni

• Drive project execution strategy by coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones, deliverables, and margins.
• Lead end-to-end customer relationships as the primary contact to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Manage complex project financials including forecasting, margin analysis, and invoicing for profitability.
• Create and maintain robust project schedules from engineering to field execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks across the lifecycle.
• Develop and implement lean management strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Capture lessons learned to apply best practices to future projects.
