Siemens Energy in Italy is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee service activities for rotating equipment across power plants. You will coordinate outages, manage scope and budgets, and drive safety and quality while collaborating with engineering, field service, and commercial teams.

Fluency in English and Italian is required, German is a plus. The role offers hybrid and remote working options, with a focus on maximizing fleet reliability and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• PMP certification or proven project-management experience.
• Strong written and spoken English and Italian; German is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage maintenance activities for gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, ensuring fleet availability and safety.
• Lead planned outages, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
• Oversee project financial performance with the Commercial Project Manager.
• Develop trusted customer relationships and lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify upgrades, modernization, and decarbonization opportunities.
