Siemens is seeking a Project Engineering Manager for Electrification & Automation in Milan. You will drive the execution of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics to meet every schedule and budget target.

You will collaborate closely with customers, Siemens factories and suppliers, ensuring technical compliance and profitable project delivery. Fluent Italian and English are required, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• 3+ years of project management experience in electrical or power distribution.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
• Knowledge of Medium Voltage switchgear and power distribution systems.
• Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and electrical documentation.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, factories and suppliers.
• Strong results orientation, problem-solving attitude and teamwork.

Your role:As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Medium Voltage Switchgear business, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects. Your day-to-day activities will include project execution, technical and commercial coordination, and close collaboration with customers, engineering teams, manufacturing plants and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.

The pay range for this position is 50.000–65.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
