Baker Hughes invites motivated students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program, designed to provide hands-on experience across engineering governance, digital transformation, and performance metrics. You will work with international teams, learn about business processes, and contribute to analytics initiatives that drive efficiency and quality.

Successful candidates are pursuing STEM degrees, maintain GPA standards, and can communicate proficiently in English.

Competenze

• Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a STEM field.
• GPA ≥ 3.0 / 4.0 or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, and data analytics principles.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with international teams and engage with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Gain exposure to business processes and understand how different functions operate within the company.
• Support governance initiatives with Governance, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Team Leaders.
• Assist in creating, maintaining, and improving key metrics to monitor engineering performance.
• Contribute to engineering outsourcing data analysis, including supplier performance evaluation and opportunities for improvement.
• Bring ideas on leveraging digital technologies and AI to remove roadblocks and improve efficiency and quality.
