Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Monza, Lombardia, is seeking an Internal Communication Intern to support communication activities across our CDMO manufacturing site, helping make internal communication more effective, engaging, and connected to our people.

The intern will collaborate with site functions to create and distribute engaging content, manage newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and site boards, and assist with employee engagement campaigns and site initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and proactive mindset.
Interest in internal communications within an international manufacturing environment.
Good command of English and familiarity with digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Create and distribute engaging internal communications and content.
Support management of internal communication channels, including newsletters, digital signage, intranet, and site boards.
Support employee engagement campaigns, events, and site initiatives.
Gather and promote stories, achievements, and initiatives from across the site.
Contribute to improving the consistency and effectiveness of site communications.
