Job summary

Moncler is seeking an engaged People Digital Communications & Engagement Intern to join the People & Organization team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. This FULL-TIME, 6-MONTHS internship starts in November.

You will support content creation to communicate employee engagement programs, design digital materials, assist with managing communications calendars, and coordinate internal engagement channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Good use of Design Tools (Canva,InDesign, Adobe Premier, Photoshop) and a strong interest in digital areas.
• Creative and digital communication background.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for writing and storytelling.
• Creative and innovative approach, with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual formats.
• Proactive, problem-solving, proven team worker and collaborative work relationship, organizational and timing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the creation of content to communicate employee engagement programs, from a storytelling perspective;
• Contributing to the design and creation of digital and visual contents (newsletters, advertising materials, etc.);
• Assisting the team in managing and scheduling communications according to the internal calendar and support in deploying engagement and people care activities;
• Coordination of internal engagement and communication channels.
