Job summary

Moncler S.P.A. is seeking a dedicated People Digital Communications & Engagement Intern to join the People & Organization team at our Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

This full‑time, 6‑month internship begins in November. You will support content creation for employee engagement programs, design digital materials, manage the internal communications calendar, and coordinate channels across the organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proficient with Canva, InDesign, Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Creative and digital communications background.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
• Proactive, team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support content creation for employee engagement programs.
• Design digital materials, newsletters and advertising content.
• Manage and schedule communications according to the internal calendar.
