Thermo Fisher Scientific in Monza, Lombardy, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance and calibration teams. You will guide projects from concept through implementation, ensuring safe, reliable and compliant operation of equipment, facilities and systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to align priorities with customer needs, promote continuous improvement, and develop the capabilities of your teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred fields: Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience leading engineering teams, projects or initiatives.
• Strong technical background in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, resources, risks and budgets.
• Familiarity with maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
• Familiarity with calibration programs and measurement equipment.
• Understanding of change control, documentation, and GMP/GxP requirements.
• Ability to set priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration across organizational levels.
• Experience with continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
