Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking a People Digital Communications & Engagement Intern at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. The role offers a 6-month full-time internship starting from November with an €800 monthly stipend and meal vouchers.

You will support employee engagement content creation, design digital materials, assist with internal communications calendars, and coordinate engagement channels in a fast-paced fashion group environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proficient with design tools (Canva, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
• Creative and digital communication background.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support content creation to communicate employee engagement programs.
• Contribute to design and creation of digital/visual content (newsletters, materials).
• Assist in managing communications per internal calendar and deploy engagement activities.
• Coordinate internal engagement and communication channels.
