Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Monza, Lombardia, is seeking an Internal Communication Intern to support communication activities across our CDMO manufacturing site, helping make internal communication more effective, engaging, and connected to our people.

The intern will collaborate with site functions to create and distribute engaging content, manage newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and site boards, and assist with employee engagement campaigns and site initiatives.

Qualifications

Ideal profile:

Student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field, with strong writing and interpersonal skills, creativity, a proactive mindset, and an interest in communication within an international manufacturing environment. Good command of English and familiarity with digital communication tools are preferred.
