Mott MacDonald in Genoa, Italy, is seeking a Project Technical Lead to guide energy transition projects from early development through delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure technical quality, and manage interfaces and risks for complex thermal generation and low-carbon systems.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will lead design reviews, support Owner’s Engineer commissions, and work closely with clients to deliver safe, on-time solutions while balancing

Competenze

• Degree qualified in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within the energy sector.
• Strong experience delivering multidisciplinary thermal generation or wider low-carbon energy systems.

Mansioni

• Lead technical delivery across Energy Transition projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage technical interfaces.
• Review outputs to ensure high quality, compliant and buildable results.
• Support full lifecycle from feasibility and FEED through procurement and detailed design to handover.
• Represent clients’ technical interests on Owner’s Engineer commissions.
• Deliver feasibility studies, due diligence, risk review and technical reporting.
• Identify and manage technical risks and interfaces to support successful outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to bids and technical leadership.
