The Energy unit delivers services to clients globally across sectors including thermal generation, hydropower, nuclear, waste, renewable generation and transmission and distribution networks. We provide integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle, from concept and design through construction, operations, decommissioning, repowering and life extension. Together with our clients, we are helping to deliver the energy transition globally.
Due to recent project wins and with further exciting opportunities in the pipeline, we are looking for a Resource Lead to join our Energy Transition business in the Genoa office. The Resource Lead will be responsible for leading resource planning, allocation and capability development across the Energy Transition team, with a focus on detailed design, Owner's Engineer (OE) and Technical Advisory (TA) services. The role will require that projects are resourced with the right people, skills and leadership to deliver safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This includes supporting workload forecasting, staff deployment, recruitment, succession planning and capability growth across a portfolio of energy transition projects. The Resource Lead will work closely with project managers, technical leads, discipline leads and market leaders to support delivery across Energy Transition technologies.
