Longi Solar is seeking a technically skilled Technical Solutions Manager for Energy Storage Systems - Utility. You will design tailored technical solutions for BESS, PCS, and EMS, and prepare winning bids from inquiry to implementation.

Collaborate with sales, project management and R&D to ensure project success, while communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Ability to create technical documentation, schematics and bidding documents.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of battery storage, PCS, EMS, grid integration and energy management.
• Familiarity with system simulation and design tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Analyze inquiries to design technical solutions for energy storage systems (BESS, PCS, EMS).
• Evaluate feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation including specifications, schematics, configurations.
• Develop and submit comprehensive bids and proposals meeting regulatory and customer standards.
• Collaborate with sales, project management and R&D to align solutions with goals.
• Serve as technical contact for customers during pre-sales, proposal and implementation phases.
• Contribute to developing new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
