Longi Solar seeks a Technical Solutions Manager for Energy Storage Systems - Utility. You will design tailored technical solutions, analyze feasibility, and prepare technical docs and bidding proposals.
You’ll work with sales, project management and R&D to align solutions with project goals and serve as the technical contact through pre-sales and implementation phases. Ideal candidates have a strong electrical engineering background, experience with battery storage systems, and excellent
Competenze
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems; master’s preferred.
- Ability to create tech docs, schematics and bidding docs.
- Excellent problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of battery storage, PCS, EMS, grid integration and energy management systems.
- Familiarity with system simulation and design tools.
- Proficiency in English for international teams.
Mansioni
- Design technical solutions for energy storage systems (BESS, PCS, EMS).
- Evaluate feasibility and optimize solutions for cost and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and specifications.
- Develop and submit bidding documents and proposals.
- Collaborate with sales, project management and R&D.
- Serve as technical contact during pre-sales, proposals and implementation.
- Contribute to new tools and methodologies for optimization.
