Pacific International is partnering with a pioneering clean-technology company to appoint a Project Finance & Commercial Development Manager. You will lead commercial development, coordinate with senior leaders, and drive grid-scale energy storage projects across Europe.

The role focuses on structuring financing, negotiating long-term agreements, and advancing projects from development through financial close, delivering bankable solutions for utility-scale assets.

Competenze

• Experience across engineering, commercial development, and project finance for large energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong track record negotiating complex agreements with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, or major industrials.
• Proven experience executing non-recourse financing for utility-scale assets.
• Strategic, analytical, and influential with senior stakeholders.
• Thrives in a dynamic, growth-driven environment with a focus on innovation and commercial execution.

Mansioni

• Drive new commercial opportunities with senior stakeholders across utilities, IPPs, developers, and industrials.
• Build and manage a pipeline of long-duration storage and clean-energy projects across EMEA.
• Position the company as a preferred partner for large, grid-connected energy solutions.
• Negotiate and structure long-term agreements (PPAs, storage contracts, development partnerships, JV frameworks).
• Develop tailored commercial solutions for customers with complex grid or operational requirements.
• Structure non-recourse financing for utility-scale assets and manage lenders through due diligence to financial close.
