Greentalent is recruiting on behalf of an innovative energy storage company for a Project Manager – Energy Storage. You will oversee complex EPC projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers across global sites.

Open to candidates with 3–15 years of experience, you will manage schedule, budget, quality and safety, while driving risk mitigation and clear reporting to executives. Travel to project sites will be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Solid experience in EPC/EPCM projects in energy, power, renewables or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large, technically complex projects.
• Strong cost, schedule, risk and contract management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams; fluent English.
• Willingness to travel internationally and visit project sites.

Mansioni

• Manage projects from contract award through EPC, commissioning and handover.
• Own project schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall performance.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning interfaces.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and stakeholders in an international environment.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and deviations, implement mitigations.
• Lead meetings and report to management and stakeholders.
• Support on-site activities during construction and commissioning.
