Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to manage the end-to-end delivery, commissioning, and O&M support for large-scale battery energy storage projects. The role collaborates with EPCs, grid operators, and stakeholders to ensure safety and performance across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include project handover, commissioning planning, and field execution, with a focus on system design adherence, grid compliance, and reliable operations.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Certifications to work on site are necessary.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, EMS, HV systems, HSE.

Mansioni

• Project handover from Sales/Presales after contract signing and review of proposals.
• Plan and execute commissioning and grid integration activities for BESS projects.
• Conduct commissioning tests for BESS components (BMS, PCS, EMS, MV transformer).
• Provide O&M services, remote support, inspections, diagnostics, and RAMS documentation.
• Liaise with EPCs, OEMs, grid operators, and partners to ensure safe, compliant handover and operations.
