Longi Solar cerca un Technical Solutions Manager specializzato in sistemi di accumulo energetico per progettare soluzioni tecniche su misura e garantire conformità agli standard del settore.

Il ruolo prevede analisi di requisiti, progettazione, redazione di documentazione tecnica e preventivi, nonché collaborazione con vendite, gestione progetti e R&D per assicurare il successo del progetto dall’inchiesta all’implementazione.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o Energetica; Master preferito.
• Competenza nella creazione di documentazione tecnica e preventivi.
• Ottime capacità di problem solving e comunicazione.
• Conoscenza di sistemi di stoccaggio, PCS ed EMS e integrazione in rete.

Mansioni

• Analizzare richieste del cliente per progettare soluzioni tecniche per sistemi di accumulo (BESS, PCS, EMS).
• Valutare fattibilità e ottimizzare soluzioni per efficienza e costi.
• Preparare documentazione tecnica dettagliata, schemi e configurazioni.
• Sviluppare proposte e bandi che rispettino standard regolatori e tecnici.
• Collaborare con vendita, gestione progetti e R&D per allineare le soluzioni agli obiettivi.
• Fornire punto di contatto tecnico durante pre-vendita, proposte e implementazione.
• Contribuire allo sviluppo di nuovi strumenti/metodologie per l’ottimizzazione delle soluzioni.

This role is pivotal in designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.

Title: Technical Solutions Manager- Energy Storage Systems - Utility

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
• Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
• Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred.
