Responsibilities include monitoring billing and master data, ensuring ARERA-regulated processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to synthesize complex information. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and data-driven decision making within the team.

Competenze

• Solid knowledge of Customer Operations processes within energy & utilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding ARERA-regulated framework.
• Ability to synthesize complex information for different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• English as an additional skill.
• Growth- and innovation-oriented mindset.
• SQL or other programming languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage discrepancies between inbound and outbound cycles by aligning supply points, volumes, and amounts
• Drive corrective actions using an analytical, data-driven approach
• Monitor and update billing data, commercial master data, and RCU
• Oversee correct allocation of tariff charges to the billing system
• Identify and manage high-consumption gas delivery points outside the TIF scope
• Verify data consistency requested by other departments across corporate information systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement, digitalization, and effective collaboration within the Performance Management & Reporting team
