Schneider Electric Italy is seeking a Senior Specialist / Project Manager to drive growth by winning end-user automation deals and managing strategic relationships from CxO to line managers. You will lead cross-functional pursuit teams, coordinate with System Integrators and partners, and craft value-based propositions for EcoStruxure Plant offerings.

This role blends technical insight with strategic relationship leadership in a global, target-driven environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of complex, solution-selling sales experience in Water/Wastewater.
• Strong technical knowledge: Automation Systems, PLC, PAC, HMI, SCADA, MES, IoT solutions.

Mansioni

• Develop new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
• Manage customer relationships through all sales-cycle stages.
• Oversee smooth hand-off to delivery via System Integrators and partners.
• Coordinate with SE Automation distributors and SI partners.
• Lead contract negotiations and drive value propositions.
