Schneider Electric is seeking a Technical Project Leader for our Process Automation team to drive technically complex projects from design to delivery. You will collaborate with project management and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time execution.

You will travel up to 50% of time, mainly within Italy and abroad, serving as the main technical point of contact for the customer and coordinating international project teams to deliver innovative automation solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA systems.
• Experience with Modicon and AVEVA and/or DCS and Safety tech is a plus.
• Good English; projects run in an international environment.

Mansioni

• Plan, execute, and control technically complex projects with adherence to requirements, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Act as main technical contact for the customer through all project phases including testing and on-site activities.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, often international.
