Job summary

AUTEL Energy - Europe is seeking a Fulfilment Representative in Milan to lead the customer fulfilment life cycle after contract signature. You will drive delivery from Purchase Order through go-live, coordinating Sales, Solution, Engineering, Service, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional delivery projects and ensuring contractual commitments.

• Proven track record in revenue-related processes and accounts receivable awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer fulfilment lifecycle from PO to go-live and stabilisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines, cost, and quality.
• Drive go-live readiness, deployment, and operational handover to customers.
• Align delivery progress with invoicing milestones and cash flow objectives.
• Lead KPI, SLA reviews and governance across delivery teams and customers.
• Manage risks, escalation paths, and reporting to stakeholders.
