Job summary

AUTEL Energy - Europe is seeking a Fulfilment Representative to own customer fulfilment after contract signature, guiding the delivery from Purchase Order to go-live and stabilisation. You will coordinate across Sales, Solution, Engineering, Service, Logistics, Finance, and partners to drive successful outcomes in a fast-growing European energy business.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience in EV charging or energy sectors preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Experience with invoicing/payment milestones is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer fulfilment lifecycle from Purchase Order through project completion, operational acceptance, and stabilisation.
• Develop and execute fulfilment plans aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution, Engineering, Service, Logistics, Finance, and partners.
• Drive deployment readiness, go-live execution, and successful operational handover.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, milestones, and quality KPIs.
