Autel Energy Europe is seeking a Fulfilment Representative to own customer fulfilment after contract signature, coordinating across Sales, Solution, Engineering, Service, Logistics, Finance and partners to deliver on contractual commitments and ensure successful go-live and value realisation.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage timelines and budgets, monitor KPI and SLA performance, and support revenue realisation while safeguarding customer outcomes in a fast-growing, international

Competenze

Experience in project management, delivery governance, and customer-facing project management.
Experience with invoicing, payment milestones, receivables, or revenue-related processes is an advantage.
Experience in EV charging, energy, mobility, or wider infrastructure sectors is preferred.

Mansioni

End-to-End Delivery Ownership: own the fulfilment lifecycle from PO to stabilisation and handover.
Contract Execution and Revenue Realisation: align delivery with invoicing and payment milestones.
Customer Success and Operational Performance: act as the operational interface and monitor KPI/SLA performance.
Governance, Risk and Escalation: identify risks and maintain governance routines and reporting.
Strategic and Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with Sales, Solution, and Technical teams to ensure value realisation.
