Renesas Electronics is seeking a Principle Regional Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to lead regional go-to-market and growth across MCU/MPU/Connectivity portfolios in the EMEA region. You will translate technical specifications into compelling value propositions and adapt global strategy to local market dynamics.

With 15+ years in semiconductor/embedded industries and 10+ years in product marketing, you will drive Demand Creation, Design-Wins, and regional partnerships, ensuring revenue

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related industries.
• 10+ years in product marketing or product line management.
• Experience in P&L management, Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing, Business development, Applications, Supply chain management, Cost management, or related roles.
• Understanding of microcontroller, microprocessor, or connectivity applications and ecosystems.
• Connectivity technology (WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC) and embedded software ecosystems.

• Own regional go-to-market strategy, execution and growth within the territory.
• Drive demand creation, funnel management, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distributors and Design Houses to build a robust regional support ecosystem.
• Shape the regional product roadmap in alignment with global strategy and local market dynamics.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
