Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead multi-country payroll operations across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk management. You will guide complex payroll calculations and regulatory changes while driving harmonization and process improvements.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA within the Corporate organization and supports a remote work arrangement. A strong background in end-to-end payroll and proficiency with major systems is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• Minimum 7 years of related payroll experience.
• Expert understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Experience with multi-country payroll environments.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing, escalate discrepancies and implement solutions.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits; conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration for regional consistency.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures and harmonization milestones.
