Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to act as the regional expert for payroll across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and controlled processes. You will guide complex multi-country payrolls, harmonize practices, and influence regional payroll strategy.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager- EMEA, this role supports remote or on-site work arrangements and integrates with global payroll systems to deliver consistent, compliant outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; accounting/business preferred.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience; multi-country exposure.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations and regional regulations.
• Experience with major payroll systems (ADP/Workday/SAP) and regulatory changes.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high-risk multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Ensure compliance with local, state/provincial and national payroll rules.
• Validate and correct payroll data; resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
• Audit payroll records and assist with data integrity and reporting.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations and standard workflows.
