Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll across EMEA. You will own end-to-end payroll operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements with global payroll systems.

Offering a remote-friendly role with international scope, the position reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and requires cross-country expertise and strong problem-solving abilities to support our global teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business and a minimum of 7 years payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP or similar.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness, ensuring compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records including taxes, benefits and deposits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and standardized workflows.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures.
