Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi‑country payroll across the EMEA region. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and data integrity while driving harmonization and process improvements.

You will work with ADP/Workday/SAP and collaborate on system upgrades, supporting standardized payroll workflows and remote work options. A strong English background and multi-country payroll experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business is required.
• 7+ years of payroll experience; 5+ years handling multi-country payrolls.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high‑risk, multi‑country payrolls across the EMEA region.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and manage off‑cycle payments and final pay.
• Audit payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements.
