Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA from a remote-ready role. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective cross-functional collaboration across regions.

You will drive harmonization, support payroll system upgrades, and maintain payroll data integrity while reporting to the Payroll Manager- EMEA in a dynamic corporate setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience in a multi-country environment.
• End-to-end payroll operations expertise and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, SAP or similar.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA and act as the recognized expert for payroll calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate and resolve discrepancies; drive process improvements and automation.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and benefits; conduct regular audits.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and standardized payroll workflows across the region.
