Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll operations across the EMEA region. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management while harmonizing processes and guiding regional payroll strategy.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and offers a remote-friendly arrangement. Candidates from all Danaher locations may be considered, with the final entity determined at offer stage.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Experience with multi-country payroll environments and regulatory changes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate discrepancies and drive fixes.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including taxes and benefits; perform periodic data accuracy checks.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and standardization across regions.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures and harmonization milestones.
