Renesas is seeking a Principle Regional Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for the EMEA region in Milan, Italy. The role drives go-to-market strategy, lifecycle management and regional revenue growth for MCU/MPU/Connectivity portfolios, aligning with sales, design houses and distributors to win customers.

The candidate should bring extensive experience in semiconductor product marketing, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders while delivering regional marketing

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technical field.
• 15+ years in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related industries.
• 10+ years in product marketing or product line management.
• Experience in P&L management, Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing, Business development, Applications, and Supply chain management.
• Understanding of microcontroller/microprocessor and connectivity applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional product marketing activities in the region, including demand creation and funnel management.
• Drive GTM strategies and collaborate with sales, distributors and design houses.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and engagement strategies.
• Lead roadmap alignment and design-win initiatives with regional leadership.
• Coordinate collateral customization, sales enablement and partner ecosystem development.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform the product roadmap.
